Cookie Policy
Which cookies and similar technologies this website uses, what they do and how you choose which ones to allow.
Last updated 7 October 2026
This policy explains how oxyhelp.com, operated by OXYHELP INDUSTRY SRL ("OxyHelp", "we", "us"), uses cookies and similar technologies. How we handle personal data in general is explained in our Privacy Policy.
01What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser, so it can recognise the browser when you come back or move between pages. Similar technologies work in the same way: the browser's local and session storage, and small pieces of code (tags or pixels) that send information about your visit to the company that provides them.
Some are set by us ("first-party"). Others are set by other companies whose services we use ("third-party").
02How we ask for your consent
When you first visit the website, a banner lets you accept or refuse each category of cookies, except the strictly necessary ones. Until you make a choice, only the strictly necessary ones are used.
We use Cookiebot, a service of Usercentrics A/S, to show the banner and to remember your choice. Your choice is kept for up to 12 months, after which we ask again.
03The categories we use
Strictly necessary
These make the website work and keep it secure, so they do not need your consent. They include the cookie that stores your consent choice, the check that protects our forms from automated programs (Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at technical details of your browser and your IP address when you use a form and does not set tracking cookies), and the session storage that remembers your details for further downloads after you fill in the download form, until you close the tab.
Statistics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how visitors use the website: which pages they open, how they arrived and which forms they send. We look at this information in aggregated form.
Marketing
With your consent, we use:
- Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited), to measure which ads lead to requests and to show our ads to people who visited the website;
- the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited), for the same purposes on Facebook and Instagram;
- the LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company), for the same purposes on LinkedIn;
- ClickCease (Cheq AI Technologies Ltd), to detect fraudulent or automated clicks on our ads.
With the same consent, your browser keeps the campaign tags from the address you arrived on (such as utm_source or gclid) until you close the tab, so we know which campaign brought a request.
Preferences
We do not currently use preference cookies.
04Google Consent Mode
The website loads Google's tag on every page, but it respects your choice through Google Consent Mode. While you have not given consent, Google tags do not set or read cookies for statistics or advertising and send only limited signals without cookies, such as the fact that a page was viewed, which Google uses in aggregated form to model results.
05Changing or withdrawing your consent
You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page or in the list at the end of this page. Withdrawing consent stops new cookies from being set; cookies already in your browser can be deleted from your browser settings.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the strictly necessary ones, some parts of the website, such as the forms, may not work.
06Other companies' policies
The companies whose cookies we use explain how they handle data in their own policies:
07Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the website or the services we use change. The version published on this page, with its date, is the one that applies.
08The full list of cookies
The list below is produced by Cookiebot from regular automatic scans of this website. It shows every cookie and similar technology currently in use, grouped by category, with its provider, purpose and duration, and it updates itself when something changes.
